Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the website at tectignis.in or engaging any services provided by Tectignis IT Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Tectignis", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the website or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.

2. Services

Tectignis provides custom software development, AI & automation solutions, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, CCTV & smart security systems, ERP/CRM development, and related IT consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SoW) or service agreement signed by both parties.

3. Use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Transmit any malware, spam, or harmful code.
  • Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written consent from Tectignis.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Tectignis or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

For client projects, intellectual property ownership is determined by the terms of the signed service agreement. Unless expressly stated otherwise, custom software developed for a client is assigned to the client upon full payment of all outstanding invoices.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business or technical information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement for a period of three (3) years.

6. Payment Terms

Payment schedules and methods are specified in individual service agreements. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are due within 15 days of issue. Tectignis reserves the right to suspend services on accounts with overdue balances.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tectignis shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.
  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits not directly caused by Tectignis's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
  • Interruptions to services caused by third-party infrastructure, force majeure events, or factors beyond our reasonable control.

Our aggregate liability under any service agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

The website and any information on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses. Service-specific warranties are defined in individual service agreements.

9. Third-Party Links & Integrations

Our website and solutions may link to or integrate with third-party services. Tectignis is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party platforms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the notice provisions therein. Tectignis reserves the right to suspend or terminate website access for users who violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or a related service agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before initiating legal proceedings.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
